Fakir Khana Museum is situated 500m inside Bhatti Gate at Walled city of Lahore. Fakir Khana is the private museum of the Fakir Family of Lahore who have lived in Lahore since the 18th Century. Fakir family is the most honorable family in the court of Maharaja Ranjit Singh. Fakir khana Museum is holding over 13000 artifacts which is the largest private museum of south Asia including old coins, paintings, carvings, miniature paintings, brass and cooper utensils, weapons related to Mughal ,Sikh and British period. Permission is necessary for visit this museum and its has no any charges visit.
