Some photographs of A Temple located in the mid of Burewala city District Vehari. A strange thing about this Temple is that during partition this temple was under constraction and near to completion in 1947 and the Hindu families migrated to india without complete it. We can see the wooden sticks in the dome which were using during construction still stay in the dome. Even after 72 years nobody try to complete this temple still remain the same with wooden bars. Now Police Station is working in the premises of temple. Burewala city is full of heritage about 80% building is belonging to pre-partition.
Burewala Lord Krishna temple, now a police station in Pakistan. It was one of the biggest temples of multan region at Burewala in Punjab province of United India (present days Pakistan). The Shikhar (Spires) of the temple was under construction at the time of partition of India in 1947.The fresco paintings of the temple are in good condition even after 77 years.
The parents of legendary Bollywood actor Rajesh Khanna also lived near this temple till 1947.
