Gilmala Fort Jhang

 

Walled City of Gilmala (Jhang), also called "Gilmala Fort"

Few kilometers from main city of Jhang we find a walled city of Gilmala, having multiple residences inside the four wall and relics of some temple also. The Bungalow of "Gaddi Nasheen" of this area, Bava Hukam Chand is outside the walled city, and was constructed in 1928. Currently a school is functional in this Bungalow. The fort/walled city was established circa 1910.
